Graduate Petition
Procedure:
A petition for Adimission to Candidacy for a Degree is to be submitted no later than the end of the fourth week of the semester preceding your final semester of residence. This is interpreted to mean the semester you are enrolled prior to your last semester of enrollment. For example, fall semester petitions for students not in school summer semester should be made in the spring semester of that year; all co-op students should petition the semester before the work semester.
Your name will appear on the diploma exactly as listed below.
This petition will not be considered by the Registrar for graduation until you have obtained your department head's signature and paid the graduation fee of $40 to the Business Office.
If you do not meet requirements as specified in this petition, you must submit a written request t update to a future semester.
