Qualified international students are invited to apply for the certificate and/or degree programs within the MSQA program. Admission requirements and application forms are the same as those used for local students. Because our courses are offered online, an F-1 visa is not required, since international students can remain in their home countries while enrolled in our program.

Application Deadlines:

International students are expected to submit their documentation 60 days before the semester deadline dates for local students. International students deadline dates are as follows:

• Fall Semester: May 1
• Spring Semester: September 1
• Summer Semester: February 1

For all international students, graduate and undergraduate, a minimum TOEFL score of 213 on the older computer version, 76 on the newer version, or 550 on the paper version is required for admission to SPSU. This requirement also applies to certificate and non-degree seeking students.
